Request account deletion

Request deletion of your Village Miles account and related information. If you can sign in, use your account session so the request is linked securely. If you cannot sign in, submit your contact email and support will verify ownership.

Submitting a request is not completed deletion. Active trips, other participants’ records, legal holds and applicable retention duties must be reviewed. We will show the outcome and any retained categories through the private status code. A closed account’s Village Miles sessions are revoked when deletion completes.

Data or permissions held independently by Google or Microsoft, and any supported processor/backup retention, also require review; this page does not promise automatic deletion at those providers. Other privacy requests · Privacy Notice
